All participants must submit a signed participation form (if you have not done so already). You can download the participation form here [Requires Adobe Reader, which is freely available here.] Please print page one, then reinsert the page into your printer to print page two on the reverse.

To pre-register by mail, please complete and sign this form and send it and your payment, made payable to Northside Baseball Academy, to:

Northside Baseball Academy
PO Box 3672
Conroe, Texas 77305

Same-day registration is available starting at 1:30 on Friday (one half hour before camp start time). Please RSVP if you plan to attend, then bring your completed participation form and payment with you on the first day.

Other Information:   All participants are encouraged to show up 1/2 hour before the camp start time. On both days, please be sure to eat lunch at least one hour before you show up.

Players should wear appropriate clothing, including baseball pants and hat, cleats (no track spikes), and appropriate protective gear. Player must provide his own glove and helmet. Players are also advised to bring tennis shoes (for certain drills), a towel, and an extra t-shirt. Players are encouraged (but not required) to bring their own bat and batting gloves, although a limited supply of bats will be on hand for general use.

Players are strongly encouraged to bring their own water bottle or other liquid supply. We will have a cooler on hand, but that can be depleted quickly. Also, although the facility does have a water fountain, we have no way of assuring its status of operation.

In addition to being an instructional activity, the Fall mini-camp is also a great opportunity for those players who are planning to try out for one of our Falcons teams that will play in the Spring. Not only does it give the coaches an extra opportunity to see a player (in case he has a bad tryout); it also gives players an opportunity to knock the rust off just before tryouts (which is scheduled for the following week). At the same time, please note that attendance at camp is neither a commitment nor a requirement to try out for or play on one of our teams; all eligible boys are encouraged to come out for a great two days of baseball skills, drills, contests and instruction.

Please note that you do not need to be a resident of North Houston or Montgomery County to participate in our camps or play on a Falcons team.

Finally, please understand that parents are welcome to stick around, provided they remain outside the fence and away from other training activities. In connection, parents need to plan for drop-off and pick-up at the appropriate times. We will not be responsible for players who are not picked up at the appropriate time.

Rain Policy: There are no rain dates scheduled at this time. Stay tuned. In the event that rain or field condition prohibits us from using the field at Barton Park, we will either: a) move to another exterior location for the day, b) move to an indoor facility for the day, c) schedule a make-up for a future date, or, d) provide a partial or full refund based on the time missed and amounts paid. Any change in time or venue will be announced at the top of this page.
